À Contresens
Heading west, one sip at a time
The Episode where our brewmaster created a West Coast IPA with North know-how.
This IPA will take you right back to 2014. Brewed in the opposite direction of New England IPAs, this West Coast IPA has fresh hop notes with a slightly caramelized finish. The bitterness is well present and the finish is drier than the East Coast brews.
