Concombres + Basilic
CUCUMBERS AND BASIL? YES, YOU HEARD RIGHT!
With this Episode, our brewmaster had the crazy idea of incorporating cucumbers and basil in a beer. Turns out, his idea wasn’t so crazy after all. The result, a pale Saison-style beer with lemony notes and a refreshingly tangy finish.
This pale summer ale is inspired by Belgium’s Sasion beers. Cucumbers and basil give the ale a dose of freshness that would make even a polar bear shiver. It’s a creative concoction that pushes the limits of beer!

How to taste
The Saison’s underlying rustic and peppery notes accompany the freshness of the cucumber (freshly peeled and infused in the beer) as well as the basil’s lemony profile. Without question, the cucumber takes the lead, accompanying your taste buds throughout the journey. It has a dry, cereal finish.
