With this Episode, our brewmaster decided to go overboard with the hops. The result, a dry-hopped double IPA with floral notes, hints of tropical fruits, and a subtly bitter finish.

Tonne de Houblon lives up to its name. If you want bitterness, here it is! And it’s all skilfully balanced with hints of tropical fruits. You have to drink it to believe it.

How to taste

An extremely aromatic creation with notes of tropical fruits, citrus fruits, and pronounced bitterness that leaves a long resinous finish on the palate. The malty, subtlety caramelized body gives the hops the space it needs to express itself.
