To celebrate our 35th anniversary, we decided to brew a Double New England IPA, letting our drinkers choose the ingredients. 🎂

The grain choice was Quebec pilsner from Malterie Caux-Laflamme, along with oats and spelt for roundness. As for the yeast, the big winner was an expressive English yeast, while the selected hops were Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Available in growlers at Relais Boréale - Blainville for a limited time!
