What is a landbier? It is a rustic lager produced with local ingredients. This 100% Quebec beer was brewed to highlight the quality of ingredients from local producers. We used Pilsner and Vienna malt, as well as a touch of malted rye from Malterie Caux-Laflamme, Hallertau Tradition and Tettnang hops from Houblons Bastien, and a lager yeast from the Czech Republic supplied by Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles. Also available in growler at Relais Boréale - Blainville for a limited time!
The end result is a nice dry, crisp lager with a slight herbaceous and citrusy bitterness. 🌿🍋🍊
