Here is a new series of IPAs that showcase a single hop variety: Sens Unique ➡️. This beer has a simple malt base and neutral fermentation to highlight the hop flavors. Inspired by SMaSH (Single Malt And Single Hop) and Cold IPAs, this dry and easy-drinking IPA allows the hop flavors to fully express themselves.

The hop used in this first Sens Unique pilot batch was kept a secret until a quiz organized for the Semaine des Microbrasseries du Québec. The suspense is over, and we present to you Sens Unique Eclipse 🌒 Available in growler at Relais Boréale - Blainville for a limited time!
